Life is like playing solitaire

In the passage of life,

the time

decides the distance between us.

We can be so far apart

where you're so front ahead

while

I'm so far behind

or

we're somewhere nearby each other.

One of us

either slows down

or speeds up

to diminish the distance between us.

As we grow up,

the distance between us

has been multiplied

and we'll never know

when will we be on the same dot again.

The time never stops,

so we have to adjust ourselves to it.

While having this simple thought

in your mind,

do you feel lonely, already?

You know,

solitude never really left us

although we have so many people around us.

Life is like playing solitaire,

except we have hints

or even guidance from other people.

Still,

we have to play it alone.

Just like how you live your life.
